• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees

Access to Property

• Client must provide safe and reasonable access to the property
• Any special access instructions or security codes must be provided in advance
• TD Evershine Cleaning is not responsible for lockouts or access issues

Pricing and Payment

• Service prices are provided as estimates and may vary based on property condition
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• A service fee may apply for returned payments

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Secure or remove valuable and fragile items before service
• Ensure a safe working environment for our team
• Provide reasonable access to water, electricity, and necessary areas
• Communicate any specific requirements or concerns before service

5. Our Responsibilities

• Arrive within scheduled time windows when possible
• Use professional, eco-friendly cleaning products and methods
• Maintain appropriate licensing and insurance
• Respect your property and privacy
• Address any service concerns promptly

6. Liability and Insurance

• TD Evershine Cleaning is fully licensed and insured
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear
• Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
• We are not responsible for items left unsecured by the client

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TD Evershine Cleaning be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate agreements for safety concerns, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
